Orders, Shipping & Tracking

How do I place an order?
Placing an order on StrideFlexi is easy. Simply browse our store, select the products you love, choose your size and quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@strideflexi.com. We process orders quickly, so changes may only be possible before the order is shipped.

How long does shipping take?
We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 7–12 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 5 business day

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your package in real-time.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination. Please check during checkout for specific details.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your StrideFlexi products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact support@strideflexi.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Exchanges for a different size or color are available while supplies last. Simply indicate your desired replacement when contacting us.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–12 business days after we receive your returned items. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like socks or customized products are final sale and cannot be returned.
