At StrideFlexi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below to determine eligibility and process.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be attached.
- Shoes should be returned in their original shoe box, placed inside a shipping box to prevent damage.
- Personalized, custom, or final-sale items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
If your item does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to accept your return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply contact our support team at support@strideflexi.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. Our team will then provide you with instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#) if applicable. Please include the RA# on your return package.
Return Shipping
Once your return is approved and you receive a return label (if provided), please package the items securely and drop them off with the designated carrier. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a StrideFlexi error or a defective item.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable, and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if a pre‑paid return label is not provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process once your return is received.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items if you need a different size, color, or style, provided the item is in original condition and available in stock. To request an exchange:
- Contact us at support@strideflexi.com with your order number and requested exchange details.
- We will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions.
If the replacement item is more expensive, the price difference will be charged. If it is less expensive, a partial refund will be issued.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@strideflexi.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and our team will assist you with a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Personalized or custom items
- Items marked final sale at checkout
- Hygiene items such as socks (unless defective or damaged)
